Iniziate a rispondere a quel telefono che a lavorare sono almeno 4-5 persone.
Iniziate a dare delle informazioni giuste, utili e a non far perdere tempo alla gente...
Tutti lavoriamo, sarebbe bello non fare mille giri e mille chiamate inutili.
Bad ... to say the least.
Change the postmen.
Start answering that phone that at least 4-5 people work.
Start giving the right information, useful and not to waste time ...
We all work, it would be nice not to make a thousand laps and a thousand useless calls.

Per consegnare un pacco, con due persone in attesa e 2 sportelli aperti 45 minuti!
Sono allucinanti.
I always trust this post office, but there is no time I don't regret it.
To deliver a package, with two people waiting and 2 counters open 45 minutes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza allucinante, per ritirare un pacchetto , 3/4 d'ora di attesa, e non risiedo in quel comune, e il mio pacchetto è stato portato lì, anziché depositarlo nell'ufficio postale del paese dove risiedo.. disorganizzazione alla massima potenza!!
