L	Lidiane Souza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciao à tutti l'esperieza con questo uffício é stata deludente e non capisco perché i cittadini devono sempre pagare con la propria pelle, ho pagato per un servizio che non é stato mai messo in pratica, ho cambiato casa e ho attivato il servizio seguimi il 14/06/19 pagato 19 € ma dopo più di un mese mi toccava tornare nella vecchia casa a prendere la corrispondenza perché il servizio ancora non era attivato, io torno al uffício postale per chiedere informazioni sulla accaduto ma nessuno sapeva darmi una spiegazione, una confusione nessuno era in grado di dirmi che cosa era successo alla fine abbiamo fatto una lettera di reclamo che non é servita a nulla mi hanno risposto dicendomi che secondo loro era tutto regolare, morale della storia mi hanno fotuto il soldi e soprattutto il mio tempo Hello to all the experience with this office was disappointing and I don't understand why citizens always have to pay with their own skin, I paid for a service that has never been put into practice, I have changed house and activated the service follow me 14/06/19 paid € 19 but after more than a month I had to go back to the old house to take the correspondence because the service was not yet activated, I go back to the post office to ask for information about the event but no one could give me an explanation, a confusion no one was able to tell me what had happened in the end we made a letter of complaint that did not serve any purpose, they replied telling me that according to them it was all regular, the moral of the story they gave me money and above all my time

Non conoscono la differenza tra un delegato ed un cointestatario (che sia libretto postale o altro tipo di servizio accounting). Se sei un cliente di anni ti servono bene perchè conoscono la tua storia (postale) e non perchè conoscono il loro lavoro. Oltretutto molto scortesi. Classici ignoranti che credono di capire tutto a colpo d'occhio. Gossipy and unprepared employees. They do not know the difference between a delegate and a joint holder (whether it is a post office book or other type of accounting service). If you are a customer of years they serve you well because they know your (postal) history and not because they know their work. Besides, very rude. Ignorant classics who think they understand everything at a glance.

Prendo il biglietto faccio la fila, salta nuovamente il numero chiedo nuovamente di poter passare visto che in posta non ci vado mai e che per mia disgrazia ci sono dovuta andare per forza. L'impiegata "MOLTO COMPRENSIVA" mi inizia ad inveire contro mi dice che devo rifare la fila e prendere il biglietto. Rifiuto. Da premettere che mi è capitato in tempi non sospettidi vedere gente nelle stesse circostanze passare avanti abitualmente. Evidentemente i dipendenti vanno a simpatia. Irripetibile. La prima volta mi sono recato allo sportello per prelevare una somma equivalente ad uno stipendio o ad una pensione ma l'impiegata si alza chiede l'autorizzazione al responsabile il quale autorizza solo la metà di quello che avevo chiesto cioè una miseria, eppure sono i miei soldi. La seconda volta mi mandano una mail fissandomi un appuntamento con il consulente, sollecitandomi più volte di rispettare l'appuntamento e quando mi sono presentato non c'era nessuno disponibile a fornire consulenza e non ho potuto eseguire una operazione per me importante.
