M	Max xaM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo ufficio è decisamente fuori dal centro cittadino, ma indispensabile per un quartiere remoto e non perfettamente servito. Il personale é gentile e qualificato e così spesso preferisco fare un po' di strada in più e andare da loro. Se vi trovate da queste parti provate anche voi, non ve ne pentirete This office is definitely outside the city center, but indispensable for a remote and not perfectly served neighborhood. S	Silvia Lorusso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità 0, educazione non ne parliamo, in data 31.05.2021 all’ora di pranzo mi sono recata presso questo pseudo ufficio postale per riscuotere un buono minori, l’impiegata che evidentemente aveva poca voglia di lavorare mi ha prima detto che avrei potuto ricevere l’importo dopo due giorni, quando ho detto che andava bene ha cambiato versione dicendomi che era possibile riscuoterlo solo presso l’ufficio che l’ha emesso, nel chiedere ulteriori spiegazioni dato che mi sembrava strano, mi ha gridato contro dicendo che mi aveva già detto che era così e basta, GRIDANDO, penosa, incompetente (dato che poi dall’ufficio di Bari sud mi è stato detto che si poteva riscuotere ovunque) e maleducata. Gli appuntamenti si rispettano, anche i clienti hanno degli impegni direttrice,scenda dal piedistallo .Delle volte chiedere scusa di persona e non nascondersi dietro i colleghi e decisamente meglio. Buona sfortuna Zero seriousness. I hope as soon as possible I have nothing more to do with these people. V	Vito de Gregorio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretendono numero in coda per effettuare operazione solo x acquisto di un francobollo,che per altro non si trovano più in tabaccheria,ok. Poi un'impiegata dello stesso ufficio,credo la direttrice,viene nell'atrio dove sono gli sportelli ed effettua operazioni personali senza prendere il numerino e passando avanti a tutti tiene lo sportello bloccato per oltre 30 minuti. Evviva l'etica professionale,ora mi rendo conto del perché la gente diventa sempre più insofferente ai soprusi che ogni giorno si ricevono. In questa maniera creano degli assembramenti pericolosi di poveri utenti (la maggior parte persone anziane). Cosa aspetta la posta e la Guardia di Finanza a controllare questi dipendenti It is a public office SHAME ARrogant and rude staff forbid the public to use the totem pole to take booking numbers. P	Puglia on the road on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massima inefficienza , personale non all’altezza del lavoro che svolge . Su 4 sportelli solo 2 funzionano e si creano fuori file interminabili. La ciliegina sulla torta è l’attuale direttrice , cafona ai massimi livelli pensando che con il suo potere può trattare male i clienti .Qualche dirigente delle poste dovrebbe provvedere a controllare l’efficienza di questo ufficio per preservare le “ Poste Italiane “ . Mi auguro che in futuro le cose possono cambiare ma in 20 anni che frequento questo nulla è mai cambiato . Maximum inefficiency, staff not up to the job they do. Out of 4 doors only 2 work and endless rows are created. The icing on the cake is the current director, a peasant at the highest levels thinking that with her power she can treat customers badly. Some post office managers should check the efficiency of this office to preserve the "Italian Post Office". A	Adri Cassano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Mi sono recato oggi per fare un'operazione. Bancomat inesistente,quindi sono dovuto entrare. Dopo aver inserito la carta e aver digitato il pin,l'operatrice giustamente mi chiede il documento che avevo lasciato in macchina. Mi dice vada a prenderlo,così concludiamo l'operazione. Ci avrò messo 30 secondi,non di più,la macchina era vicinissima. Rientro,la stessa operatrice con gli occhiali,mi dice di prendere di nuovo il numero. Terrible. I went today to have an operation.
