Per non parlare del numero, praticamente inutile, perché sempre occupato.
Poor in everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace che meno di una stella non sia possibile come valutazione. Telefono sempre occupato ( volutamente?!?) Attese interminabili con persone in fila già all'alba. Cambia tutto man non l'ufficio postale di Barrafranca. Le tradizioni sono importanti!
I am sorry that less than one star is not possible as a rating. Telephone always busy (deliberately?!?) Endless waits with people in line already at dawn. Everything changes but the post office in Barrafranca does not. Traditions are important!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il telefono è da anni volutamente occupato: è fuori posto. Nonostante il servizio dei pacchi sia stato pagato la consegna dei pacchi è inesistente. Impossibile concordare la consegna come faccio con gli altri vettori. Non si cerca nemmeno di ovviare attraverso un contatto telefonico. Gestione vergognosa.
The telephone has been deliberately busy for years: it is out of place. Although parcel service has been paid for, parcel delivery is non-existent. Unable to arrange delivery as I do with other carriers. Nor is it attempted to remedy through a telephone contact. Shameful management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi nonostante abbia prenotato un ticket online ho aspettato 40 minuti al sole assembrato, l'impiegato esce e chiedo spiegazioni, lui risponde che non gli interessa di chi ha prenotato e che si devono provvedere diversamente... Bel servizio!
