I want to report to Sig.Clara of the Central Post Office in via Trento !!! Incompetent, rude and serious problems in dealing with the public !!! It allows everything: even eating in front of the customer !!!!!! public use of these characters ..... X kindness, seriousness and skill in advising I thank Giovanna instead and employ dl of Via Maffei: where I will turn more confident!
M	Marina Sertore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato sempre problemi nel prelevare contanti agli sportelli della posta centrale di Sondrio ..per il fatto mi veniva riferito dagli impiegati che essendo solo libretto postale senza conto corrente e per giunta nell'agenzia di Lanzada non potevano andare oltre i 600 euro..ma non è sempre poste italiane?????oggi però è stato il massimo..sono andata per prelevare 600 euro..e per fare registrare il libretto...intestato ai miei genitori ma con delega e carta banco posta intestata anche a me...l'impiegata mi ha registrato il libretto...e mi ha invitata...a prelevare i soldi allo sportello del banco posta..visto che ero di un'altro ufficio...ma non è sempre poste italiane...mah...comunque non importa tanto questo libretto verrà presto chiuso....proprio per tutti questi problemi.. I always found problems in withdrawing cash at the central post offices of Sondrio .. because of the fact I was told by the employees that being only a postal passbook without a current account and moreover in the Lanzada agency they could not go beyond 600 euros..but it is not always Italian post office ????? today was the best..I went to withdraw 600 euro..and to register the booklet ... addressed to my parents but with proxy and bank card letterhead also to me ... the clerk registered my booklet ... and invited me ... to withdraw the money at the counter of the post office ... since I was from another office ... but it's not always Italian post office. .. mah ... however it does not matter so much this booklet will soon be closed .... for all these problems ..

Il distributore di numeri è all'interno dell'ufficio, uno deve attendere all'esterno e solo dopo l'uscita di un altra persona chi è fuori può entrare a prendere il biglietto. Che senso ha prendere un biglietto che tempo 2 secondi si viene chiamati? Con fuori la lotta tra chi è arrivato prima? E poi arriva il furbo che entra indisturbato prende il numero, aspetta all'interno e passa davanti a tutti. Ovviamente si alza la polemica e viene zittito con arroganza, sostenendo che se non avevamo altro da fare potevamo andare altrove chi era fuori ad aspettare pazientemente. Ah naturalmente, al di fuori, rissa ed assembramenti. Magari dividere la scala in due rampe di uscita ed entrata in modo da evitare"sorpassi all'italiana" sarebbe un modo per migliorare il servizio. Staff rudeness and arrogance. The number dispenser is inside the office, one has to wait outside and only after another person leaves can anyone outside come in to take the ticket. What is the point of taking a ticket that time 2 seconds you are called? With out the struggle between who came first? And then comes the smart guy who enters undisturbed takes the number, waits inside and passes in front of everyone. Obviously the controversy arises and is silenced with arrogance, arguing that if we had nothing else to do we could go elsewhere who was outside waiting patiently. Ah of course, outside, brawls and gatherings. Maybe dividing the staircase into two exit and entry ramps in order to avoid "Italian overtaking" would be a way to improve the service.

Tuttavia il cartello affisso sulla porta d'ingresso spiega come agire per fruire del servizio. Personale freddino. Per quanto riguarda i break, voi stareste 8 ore senza mangiare e bere? I have lived in Sondrio for 33 years and I can assure you that the staff have always been polite and competent, especially the financial advisors. As for the breaks, would you stay 8 hours without eating and drinking?
