Che dire, senza il vostro prezioso servizio sarei perso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata all'ufficio postale di San Biagio di Argenta per spedire una busta di spessore non superiore ai 5 cm con poste1, mi è stato risposto che la tariffa da pagare era di 6.50 e. Incredula mi reco allo sportello delle poste centrali di Argenta dove ho pagato la tariffa corretta di e. 5.50.
Mi sento persa quando vado allo sportello di San Biagio: operazioni veloci e semplici diventano odissee. Così ogni volta mi reco con la macchina, pur abitando lì vicino, in modo che, se vedo l'inefficienza del servizio, vado all'ufficio postale di Lavezzola che dista 2 km ed in 5-10 min ho sbrigato tutto. Insomma, si capisce perfettamente che operatori poco efficienti vengono posizionati in posti secondari, e per questo motivo cercano di fare sempre meno perchè tanto nessuno dice nulla!!

I feel lost when I go to the San Biagio counter: quick and simple operations become odyssey. So every time I go by car, even though I live nearby, so that, if I see the inefficiency of the service, I go to the post office in Lavezzola which is 2 km away and in 5-10 min I have done everything. In short, it is perfectly clear that inefficient operators are placed in secondary positions, and for this reason they try to do less and less because nobody says anything !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando il portalettere deve consegnare le raccomandate SUONA IL CAMPANELLO????? Per me per finire presto il lavoro lascia l'avviso di giacenza della raccomandata nella buchetta senza suonare!!!! Io sono a casa ma mi ritrovo l'avviso nella buchetta....è gia capitato diverse volte.
When the postman has to deliver the registered mail THE BELL RINGS ????? For me to finish the job quickly, leave the notice of stock of the registered letter in the little hole without ringing !!!! I am at home but I find the notice in the little hole .... it has already happened several times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravi, proprio adesso che c'è un problema sanitario dove c'è l'obbligo di indossare la mascherina negli ambienti chiusi lasciate entrare e attendere persone senza mascherina protettiva.
Bel comportamento, non solo io me ne sono accorto ma anche altri "clienti" dentro e fuori dal ufficio.
Per il resto niente da dire.
