★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo! A cominciare dal fatto che manca la numerazione elettronica;
che gli impiegati facciano passare avanti gli amici degli amici;
che chi arriva all'apertura e si mette in coda, arrivato il suo turno debba aspettare ulteriormente perché la sua pratica è troppo lunga, quindi diventa l'ultimo della giornata, per giunta trattandosi di invalidi!
Per non parlare dell'impiegata allo sportello che al posto di fare il suo lavoro, si "preoccupa" dei fatti personali del cliente.
Mai viste cose del genere in tutta Italia.
Bad service! Starting with the fact that there is no electronic numbering;
that employees let friends of friends pass;
that whoever arrives at the opening and gets in line, when his turn has arrived, has to wait further because his practice is too long, so he becomes the last of the day, in addition to being disabled!
Not to mention the counter clerk who, instead of doing her job, "worries" about the customer's personal facts.
Never seen things like this in all of Italy.
