Si è pregati di migliorare l’atteggiamento e la cortesia con i clienti, perché non è modo di lavorare, sopratutto non ci si aspetta tale comportamento da persone che dovrebbero essere adulte e mature ;)
Extremely unpleasant staff, not very, not at all professional, unbecoming and not very polite with customers for no reason.
Please improve the attitude and courtesy with customers, because it is not a way of working, above all we do not expect such behavior from people who should be adults and mature;)

Se volete aprire un conto business sconsigliatissimo , una unica persona che se ne occupa sempre impegnata e non risponde al telefono, vi rivolgete agli sportelli non se ne occupano, rimanete solo con il vostro conto aperto business che pagate 5 euro l'anno più spese per il servizio bpiol key.
Quite modern structure, staff to be reviewed, confusing organization. If you want to open a highly discouraged business account, a single person who always takes care of it and does not answer the phone, you go to the counters they do not deal with it, you are only left with your open business account that you pay 5 euros a year plus expenses for the bpiol key service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni volta che mi trovo sfortunatamente ad andarci mi ritrovo nella stessa situazione, code interminabili, 2/3 sportelli su 12 funzionanti e come se non bastasse vengo sempre accolto dalla stessa impiegata che guarda chiunque con aria schifata e ad ogni domanda risponde con tono saccente e infastidito.
Due volte su tre il tool per fare l'operazione specifica del malcapitato è "guasto a livello nazionale"
Qualche impiegato disponibile c'è, per carità, per il resto questo ufficio è da evitare ad ogni costo.
Every time I find myself unfortunately going there I find myself in the same situation, endless queues, 2/3 out of 12 working counters and as if that were not enough I am always greeted by the same employee who looks at everyone with disgusted air and answers every question with a pedantic tone and annoyed.
Twice out of three the tool to carry out the specific operation of the victim is "failure at national level"
There are some available employees, please, for the rest this office is to be avoided at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno 7 gennaio 2022 su internet era scritto ufficio aperto fino alle 19.05. Dopo aver fatto 2 km a piedi per raggiungere il suddetto ufficio, alle ore 18.15, davanti alla porta c'era scritto: chiuso per sanificazione.
Siete poco Seri!
