Pessima organizzazione e anche se c'è del personale valido tra i tanti, molti sono inadeguati e davvero é inaccettabile che ricoprano alcuni ruoli all'interno di un certo rilievo. Fortunatamente la mia esperienza presso questo ufficio postale finirà con l'ultima operazione fatta oggi. Non ci andrò mai più!!!!!!in più aggiungo che la corrispondenza viene lasciata a terra, fuori il portone del palazzo o incastrata nelle pieghe del portone stesso e mai dentro le buche delle lettere! Esistono! Usatele!! Il postino non suona nemmeno mai per farsi aprire e spesso il portone è aperto quindi non c'è scusante! Sono andati anche persi dei pacchetti in consegna con poste italiane! Siete indecenti! Servizio pessimo! Educate il personale!! Bad experience. Slow and always few active branches. Lentezza a parte, gli operatori si sono rivelati estremamente maleducati con diverse persone, soprattutto con una signora anziana permettendosi di dirle "se non le va bene questa e la porta e se ne vada!" Ma stiamo scherzando??gente stava a aspettando da 1 ora e 20 e loro dicono frasi come quelle???dovrebbero solo chiedere scusa per il loro atteggiamento maleducato e poco professionale! Consiglio di andare in tarda mattinata.
