Mi reco in quest ufficio postale, poichè in pausa pranzo mi è più comodo.
Personale compreso il direttore, disorganizzato e impreparato alla mia richiesta di RINNOVO POSTEPAYevolution, mi mandano da uno sportello all'altro senza risolvermi il problema.
essendo le 13:30 , ufficio vuoto, unico cliente, 10 dipendenti per fare?!?!?!?!?... saluti!!!
Bad experience, never again!
I go to this post office, as it is more convenient for me during lunch break.
Staff including the manager, disorganized and unprepared for my request for RENEWAL POSTEPAYevolution, send me from one desk to another without solving the problem.
being 13:30, empty office, only customer, 10 employees to do?!?!?!?!? ... greetings !!!

Ignorant postmen who do not deliver mail. Workers are advised to open a pizzeria or a cheese factory, the postmen don't know how to do it!

Sono riuscito a parlare con una persona che sa fare il suo lavoro ed è molto educata. Purtroppo il problema dei postini è che avendo un contratto a tempo se ne fregano delle persone.
