★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo (come gran parte degli uffici della zona); ho avuto a che fare con impiegati inetti e/o "provvisori", spesso senza cartellino identificativo, i quali negano servizi inventandosi regolamenti inesistenti, fornendo persino informazioni false (tipo che il Pacco Ordinario impiega settimane ad essere recapitato) unicamente per convincere a spendere di più o per il semplice gusto di creare disagio agli utenti.
Bad (like most offices in the area); I had to deal with inept and / or "provisional" employees, often without an identification tag, who deny services by inventing non-existent regulations, even providing false information (such as that the Ordinary Package takes weeks to be delivered) solely to convince them to spend more or simply for the sake of creating inconvenience to users.
