★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora dello sportello posto immediatamente davanti l'ingresso dovrebbe prendere lezioni di educazione ed etica professionale ,o vedere in bravo psicologo dal momento che insulta liberamente e senza pentimento alcuno la clientela che non rispecchia i suoi canoni estetici.
Vergogna !!!
The lady at the counter located immediately in front of the entrance should take education and professional ethics lessons, or see a good psychologist since she freely and without any repentance insults customers who do not reflect her aesthetic standards.

3 days waiting for a package. The postman goes to have a beer at the bar and writes that the recipient was absent. I would love to see his face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24 settembre partenza spedizione, 5 ottobre non ancora pervenuta a destinazione. Non rispondono, non danno indicazioni, come se nulla fosse. Dopo aver pagato una spedizione celere, un gran servizio direi, la denuncia non ve la toglie nessuno.
September 24 shipment departure, October 5 not yet reached its destination. They don't answer, they don't give directions, as if nothing had happened. After paying for an expedited shipping, a great service I would say, nobody can take the complaint away from you.
