Acquistata un agenda settimanale dalla mia segretaria , chiedo il giorno dopo di poterla sostituire con un modello diverso o in alternativa avere un buono da spendere preso il loro negozio. Mi viene negata qualsiasi soluzione perché " c'è il covid".
Credo non servano ulteriori commenti.
I always served at this shop but from now on never again.
Having bought a weekly planner from my secretary, I ask the next day to be able to replace it with a different model or alternatively have a voucher to spend from their shop. I am denied any solution because "there is a covid".
