★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procedura di rilascio vecchia e macchinosa, non hanno neanche il bancomat, siamo ancora con le marche da bollo fisiche, il resto in centesimi e le file. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, ma non si può perdere una mattinata quando si può rilasciare un certificato online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al momento della prenotazione dei certificati necessari non mi è stata fornita alcuna data, alcuna indicazione su eventuali tempistiche. Non so quando saranno pronti i certificati, non c'è una email al quale poter scrivere e ovviamente al numero 06 38701 non risponde nessuno.
Come al solito inqualificabili e dopo 30 giorni ti scrivono che c'è la cancellazione della richiesta per mancato ritiro, TRUFFATORI!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avete un urgenza E non potete prendere un appuntamento perché il tempo non aspetta. Prima bisogna inviare una email con il motivo dell'urgenza. Di solito rispondono e ti dicono di andare senza appuntamento. Ovviamente bisogna aspettare un po prima di entrare. Direi che il personale e gentile e disponibile. E in 15-20 minuti da quando si e entrato risolvi tutto. Le marche da bollo possono essere comprati sul posto. Non accettano carte solo contanti.
