I've been waiting for an ID card for over a month. They are real slackers: they don't even want to make a phone call to figure out what the problem is. In the meantime, I am without a document that I urgently need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io ho chiamato parecchie volte e nn rispondevano pur sapendo fosse aperto,poi sn riuscita dopo vari tentativi a ricevere risposta e mi ha risposto una donna poco educata e assai scontrosa mi urlava al cellulare ,già era capitato un gg di assistere ad 1 scontro verbale tra sta donna ed un uomo,x niente disponibile
I called several times and they didn't answer even though they knew it was open, then sn managed after several attempts to receive an answer and an uneducated and very grumpy woman answered me, yelling on my cell phone, it had already happened a day to witness 1 verbal confrontation between there is a woman and a man, for nothing available
