Aperti solo tre giorni alla settimana, per 4 ore , pertanto si creano automaticamente assembramenti per la enorme domanda di servizi di una platea di più di 80.000 abitanti. Nessuna opportunità di prenotare on line o fissare appuntamenti se si esclude il rilascio delle carte di identità elettroniche. Quando licenzieranno il dirigente incaricato?
