A distanza di mesi per giustificare il loro comportamenti aggiungono menzogne alla maleducazione per non parlare della " scusa meschina ' del Covid per non far fronte agli impegni presi. Abbiamo sostenuto parecchi clienti insolventi per diverse cause ma che sono stati onesti ,educati . I toni maleducati della telefonata sono stati solo da parte vostra che mi avete invitato a somministrati il materiale per via rettale ! Sarebbero state sufficienti delle semplici ed eleganti scuse ma evidentemente non siete dei signori.
