★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso che ringraziare l'azienda e Flavia, la venditrice che mi ha risposto al telefono/mail. Sto ristrutturando e per via di un errore mi mancava una grande quantità di pavimento. Pur essendo in un'altra regione, ho chiamato e mi sono accordata con Flavia per andare a ritirare, il giorno dopo, la merce, che gentilmente è andata a scovare in magazzino, insieme al signor Antonio. Gentilezza mai vista, inoltre mi hanno salvato i lavori in casa. Per non parlare dell'esposizione magnifica di rivestimenti. Si ha la sensazione di trovarsi da subito in un ambiente accogliente. Li consiglio, sono super professionali!
I can only thank the company and Flavia, the seller who answered the phone / email. I am renovating and due to an error I was missing a large amount of flooring. Despite being in another region, I called and agreed with Flavia to go and collect the goods the next day, which she kindly went to find in the warehouse, together with Mr. Antonio. Kindness never seen, also saved me the housework. Not to mention the magnificent display of coatings. You have the feeling of being immediately in a welcoming environment. I recommend them, they are super professional!
