Sono andato nella filiale di Squinzano per un preventivo mutuo e sono stato liquidato in pochi secondi senza essere ascoltato, mi è stato riferito che se voglio un preventivo di mutuo potevo guardare sul portale Internet If you can't give less than one star ... Da quando Ubi è passata a Bper c'è stato un cambio di passo. Complimenti. Continuate così. Economic conditions on current accounts and services among the cheapest among the banks on the market. The staff is always available. Since Ubi moved to Bper there has been a change of pace. Congratulations. Keep it up.

Dopo una fila di una ora e mezza SOLO per accedere alla filiale, ci "accoglie" un individuo in tuta, la cui espressione di fastidio viene nascosta a malapena da una mascherina usa e getta, ormai sdrucita. Alla nostra richiesta di informazioni (non avevamo idea di quale fosse il nostro nuovo IBAN, nè le credenziali per accedere all'online banking), dovuta al mancato recapito di una missiva che avrebbe dovuto informarci del passaggio da Banca UBI a BPER, il Signore ci risponde che "non è un problema della banca se le poste non funzionano". Dopo un momento di sgomento dovuto all'inaspettata risposta del suddetto Signore, chiediamo di parlare con il direttore che ovviamente non c'è. Decidiamo di aspettare il suo ritorno e, superando la più rosea delle nostre previsioni, riusciamo a parlarci dopo mezz'ora. Conclusione della nostra prima visita alla neonata filiale di Banco BPER a Squinzano: per avere informazioni basiche sul conto di mia madre, abbiamo perso una mattinata. Confido che la confusione sia rimediabile e sia dovuta alla transizione da UBI a BPER, non giustifico però la maleducazione e la supponenza dell'impiegato in tuta. Quando hai la fortuna di ricevere risposta al telefono, essa è immancabilmente seccata e scortese. Dovreste ringraziare che c'è qualcuno che ha accettato un trasferimento coatto da una banca all'altra, non liquidarlo in quattro e quattr'otto. Dopo un appuntamento errato perso con un dipendente, non presente, ho atteso quasi un'ora per essere liquidato in cinque minuti da un altro consulente. Si vedeva chiaramente che non ne voleva sapere! Grazie comunque . PS Non vi scrivete i post positivi da soli !!! Bad experience!
