Nonostante avessi appuntamento per il calcolo del canone concordato, accoglienza in piedi, con tutte le carte che mi cadevano, mentre una signora in fretta mi interrogava e faceva calcoli su un pizzino dell'agenda da tavolo in maniera del tutto approssimativa, senza guardare le carte. Mi ha calcolato il posto auto accatastato C6 come posto comune, nonostante le mie rimostranze, niente +5% ecobonus, né parametro per immobile ammobiliato. Fortunatamente ho chiesto ad altre associazioni ed è uscito un canone concordato consono e in linea con le aspettative del proprietario.
