Bad experience ... I have always been taught that if you do not know things you reserve the right to check and then give an answer, these gentlemen do not know what they are talking about and they also dismiss you with a nice "happy birthday lady". I really hope I got the wrong day! Happy birthday to you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ora appuntamento 9:40, alle 10:10 ho chiesto se mancava ancora molto, mi hanno risposto seccatamente che l’appuntamento era alle 11:00 e che l’addetta al momento era in videoconferenza. Appurato che avevo ragione sull’orario, la stessa mi ha aggredita verbalmente, sono riuscita a completare le pratiche, ma si troveranno 3 tessere in meno. Pessimi
Now appointment 9:40, at 10:10 I asked if there was still a long way to go, they replied annoyed that the appointment was at 11:00 and that the assistant was currently on a videoconference. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ti presenti all’ora dell’appuntamento, (10:30) giorno prestabilito, l’orario sul cartello dice che è aperto dalle 9 alle 12:30 e indovinate? Rimango lì davanti mezz’ora a suonare e aspettare ma il locale è vuoto e chiuso. Nessuna chiamata di preavviso come se il mio tempo fosse inutile.
You show up at the time of the appointment, (10:30) on a fixed day, the time on the sign says it is open from 9 to 12:30 and guess what? I stay there for half an hour to play and wait but the place is empty and closed. No notice calls as if my time was useless.
