★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio cellulare per una riparazione dello schermo. A seguito della restituzione ho appurato che la parte audio era da riparare (problematica riscontrata a seguito della restituzione), nel frattempo, per cause a me sconosciute, lo schermo si è nuovamente rotto.
Sottolineando che mi sarebbe stata riconosciuta la riparazione gratuita della componente audio del telefono, è stata messa in discussione la mia nel segnalare la nuova rottura dello schermo e non mi è stato riconosciuto alcun indennizzo economico, mettendo in dubbio la qualità della materia prima o della riparazione. Oltre questo ho chiesto di essere contatto telefonicamente per aggiornamenti in merito allo stato della mia richiesta in quanto per me è stato dispendioso passare più volte nel negozio per richiederli, cosa che non è stata mai fatta (anche solo per dirmi, dopo settimane, che non ci fossero aggiornamenti). Esperienza spiacevole.
