Il prezzo era il migliore della piazza ma il carrello del loro sito aveva dei piccoli problemi. Così ci siamo accordati via email per il pagamento e la spedizione e la settimana dopo ero già all'opera con la mia legna. Mesi dopo mi sono rivolto a loro per il filtro aria di un tosaerba YANMAR del 1998 che risultava introvabile. Solito scambio rapido di email e in quattro giorni il corriere GLS mi ha consegnato la busta con il filtro. Non avevo dubbi. Inseriti 20 E (con registrazione) mi ha dato un sacco (1.5 E) e l'ha riempito (5 E). Poi ho chiesto per due volte un altro sacco e la macchina non li ha forniti malgrado prendesse i soldi. Ho telefonato e mi han detto di tornare quando sarebbe stato aperto di nuovo. Sono ritornato una volta ad aprile ma non c'era il titolare. Oggi ho spiegato la cosa, e ho provato a prendere il rimanente. Mi ha riempito il primo sacco (5 E) e poi al secondo si e' bloccato con "errore sistema" (secondo loro dovuto al fatto che il sacco era semitrasparente) prendendo comunque i soldi. Risultato: 20 E per 2 sacchi di pellet e 2 ore di tempo perse. Mai piu'. In Covid emergency I tried to get some pellets from their vending machine. I	Iele123 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti , disponibilità e prezzi del sito non corrispondono alla reale situazione in negozio, ho visto sul loro sito una motozappa, ad un determinato prezzo ( interessante) e data per disponibile,mi sono recato da loro, il prodotto non era ne disponibile, ne ordinabile , ne tanto meno erano presenti prodotti di quella marca, quello che c’era era anche prezzato diversamente rispetto al sito. 40 km di strada percorsi inutilmente.Sembra quasi che il sito sia fatto solo per attirare in negozio con prodotti e prezzi interessanti, per poi proporti altro.E se avessi acquistato tramite il loro e-commerce un prodotto dato per disponibile, sarebbe arrivato? Tornando nel pomeriggio e trovando di nuovo chiuso il magazzino sono entrato in negozio per l'acquisto ma mi è stato fatto notare di essere arrivato tardi perché l'orario d'officina è fino alle 18,30 (Nb. erano le 18,20). Solo dopo aver fatto notare che al mattino non mi era stato specificato un orario se non l'apertura delle 15 la Signora ha staccato gli occhi dal telefonino. Inutile, anche se gentile, il tentativo del (suppongo titolare) di contattare il meccanico per recuperare il pezzo che mi occorreva. Suggerisco orari centrali per gli acquisti.
