★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato uno spartito 'on line'la tartina di burro'' di Mozart. Non è mai arrivata pur avendomi prelevato l'importo compresa la spedizione, dalla cartabdi credito.
I ordered Mozart's 'on line' sheet of butter tart. It never arrived even though the amount including shipping was taken from my credit card.

Ho provato a contattare il negozio il numero sempre spento ...tramite mail nessuna risposta....direi a questo punto bella sola...
Sconsiglio vivamente perdete solo soldi e tempo

I tried to contact the shop with the number always off ... by email no answer .... I would say at this point beautiful alone ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data 17/02/2021 ho ordinato un libro di CONTRABBASSO chiamato Billè. Il giorno stesso mi sono stati prelevati i soldi dalla carta di credito ed è stato preso in carico l'ordine. Dopo quasi tre settimane ho cercato in TUTTI i modi di contattare il negozio (sia via mail sia con il numero di cellulare sia con il numero fisso), ma non ho MAI ricevuto una risposta. Successivamente ho cercato di contattare il proprietario del negozio tramite la pagina facebook inviandogli un messaggio privato. Anche quello senza una risposta. Oggi lunedì 22/03/2021 ho ricevuto un libro per VIOLINO chiamato Maglioni. Oltretutto il libro di CONTRABBASSO è costato €24,00, mentre il libro di VIOLINO che mi è stato spedito costa €16,00. Esperienza negativa, ora invierò una mail e spero che riescano a risolvere senza costi aggiuntivi.
On 17/02/2021 I ordered a DOUBLE BASS book called Billè. The same day the money was taken from my credit card and the order was processed. After almost three weeks I tried in EVERY way to contact the shop (either via email, mobile number or landline number), but I NEVER received an answer. Then I tried to contact the shop owner via the facebook page by sending him a private message. Even the one without an answer. Today Monday 22/03/2021 I received a book for VIOLIN called Maglioni. Moreover, the DOUBLE BASS book cost € 24.00, while the VIOLIN book that was sent to me costs € 16.00. Bad experience, I will now send an email and hope they can fix it at no extra cost.

Online order dated 04/02/2022. I took the money from the card but no news of the goods. Phone of the shop enters the secretariat and no answer to the various emails. Beautiful alone
