Mi presento in negozio e chiedo del prodotto, in tre, mi hanno rimbalzato l uno con l altro,, sgarbatissimi e scocciati, faccio presente che vengo da un altra città apposta e che al telefono mi avevano detto di andare che il prodotto c era, che ne so io dice uno, siamo in 50 a lavorare qua dice l altro. Nessuno dei tre che si scusa per l inconveniente, nessuno che dice mi dispiace.
Se questi sono i commercianti di oggi non c'è da stupirsi se la gente compra online.
