Scarsa assistenza post vendita, bicicletta consegnata senza una messa a punto decente e a semplici richieste del cliente atteggiamenti irritati, scortesi e sgarbati. Peccato. Per regolare il cambio ed eliminare i tanti scricchiolii mi son dovuto rivolgere ad altro più disponibile e capace professionista(soldi ben spesi), per la sella non adatta a me ho provveduto ad acquistarne un altra on line, regalando a mio nipote quella di serie. Consiglierei questo negozio solo a chi vuol prendere e portare a casa, ma a tal punto meglio acquistare on line. Come capita spesso a Salerno con le attività commerciali floride, sarete trattati più come una scocciatura che come un cliente : il proprietario è scostante e fornisce il livello di servizio minimo possibile - ma sa fare piuttosto bene il proprio lavoro. Per questo, e anche per il fatto che non mi ha mai rilasciato uno scontrino, nemmeno per sbaglio, metto tre stelle. The shop is well stocked with good quality bicycles.
