★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tratta di una SPA all'interno della struttura dell'hotel Palazzo. Nota struttura alberghiera sul lungomare labronico.
Accesso alle terme per 2h, per 2 persone, con asciugamano, accappatoio, ciabatte e cuffietta fornite dalla struttura: 64euro.
Vi è la possibilità di avere anche trattamenti di bellezza/ rilassanti, come massaggi, previo pagamento di un extra.
Posto carino ma che difficilmente vale la cifra spesa.
Anche perché la struttura si compone di una piscina con acqua termale di dimensioni ridotte, bagno turco, sauna, una doccia per la cromoterapia e poco più.
Il tutto ovviamente di dimensioni ridotte.
Paragonando queste Terme a posti prossimi come il Calidario, le Terme di Sassetta, le Terme Sensoriali di Chianciano o l'Asmana a Firenze... si può facilmente capire che il prezzo pagato non è proporzionato alle opportunità offerte dalla struttura.
Può essere carino per andarci se non si ha il tempo di andare altrove, o se si alloggia nella struttura principale.
 It is a SPA within the structure of the Palazzo hotel. Well-known hotel on the Livorno waterfront.
Access to the spa for 2h, for 2 people, with towel, bathrobe, slippers and bonnet provided by the structure: 64euro.
There is also the possibility to have beauty / relaxing treatments, such as massages, upon payment of an extra.
Nice place but hardly worth the amount spent.
Also because the structure consists of a swimming pool with small thermal water, Turkish bath, sauna, a shower for chromotherapy and little more.
All of course small in size.
By comparing these spas to nearby places such as the Calidario, the Terme di Sassetta, the Terme Sensoriali of Chianciano or the Asmana in Florence ... one can easily understand that the price paid is not proportionate to the opportunities offered by the structure.
It can be nice to go there if you don't have time to go elsewhere, or if you are staying in the main building.

Good spa, too bad the relaxation area is very humid (they should put beds away from the Turkish bath and whirlpool)

Very nice and quiet wellness, relaxing like massages and an aperitif in a fantastic setting.

Stanze pulite e curate .
Percorso con Sauna, Bagno Turco, Zona relax con Tisaneria e Piscina con diversi punti idro.
Melodia di sottofondo rilassante.
Unica pecca : la mattina l’accesso alla S.p.A. è aperto anche ai bambini e quindi chi ha pagato per rilassarsi corre il rischio di dover scappare per la confusione.
Consiglio quindi per chi volesse rilassarsi di prenotare il pomeriggio.
Al Quinto piano si trova il Ristorante e Bar, dove si può godere di un ottima vista sul panorama della Terrazza, Pancaldi e mare.
Pranzi, cene e aperitivi .
Very nice and welcoming spa.
Clean and well-kept rooms.
Route with Sauna, Turkish Bath, Relaxation Area with Tisaneria and Swimming Pool with different hydro points.
Relaxing background melody.
The only flaw: the morning access to the S.p.A. It is also open to children and therefore those who paid to relax run the risk of having to run for confusion.
So I recommend for those who want to relax and book the afternoon.
On the fifth floor there is the Restaurant and Bar, where you can enjoy an excellent view of the panorama of the Terrace, Pancaldi and the sea.
Lunches, dinners and aperitifs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ambiente è ottimo, piacevole e tranquillo. Una nota negativa per il personale. Selezionerei senz'altro persone più educate per la gestione delle telefonate con i clienti. Purtroppo ad ogni persona va data la sua attenzione e non è piacevole sentirsi rispondere al telefono che si ha fretta, anzi l'ho trovato decisamente maleducato.

per essere una spa all'interno di un albergo a 5 stelle è tenuta male.
il personale dovrebbe sempre tenere gli spazi ultra puliti e invece l'armadietto che mi hanno dato era sporco, la piscina con idromassaggio aveva una mascherina fpp2 nera che galleggiava e il muro si briciolava e cadeva nell'acqua.
le bocchette dell'idromassaggio non funzionavano tutte.
l'ambiente di passaggio tra vasca idromassaggio e sauna era troppo freddo.
funziona solo sauna il bagno turco era fuori uso.
le tisane messe a disposizione nella zona relax erano tutte acidissime. (cattiva marca)
il manipolo della doccia accanto alla sauna mi è rimasto in mano.
chiedono 40 euro per un giornaliero allucinante ,quando dopo 1 ora sei fuori perché il servizio offerto è pessimo.
As soon as you arrive at the spa you are greeted by a bad smell.
for a spa in a 5-star hotel it is in poor condition.
the staff should always keep the spaces ultra clean and instead the locker they gave me was dirty, the jacuzzi pool had a black fpp2 mask floating and the wall crumbled and fell into the water.
the whirlpool vents did not all work.
the passageway between the hot tub and the sauna was too cold.
only sauna works the steam room was out of order.
the herbal teas made available in the relaxation area were all very acidic. (bad brand)
the handpiece of the shower next to the sauna remained in my hand.
they ask 40 euros for a hallucinating day, when you are out after 1 hour because the service offered is bad.
