L'agente immobiliare con cui abbiamo fatto la visita dell'immobile, ci è parso impreparato, superficiale, sbrigativo e a tratti quasi arrogante. Approccio totalmente diverso rispetto alla signora con cui avevo preso appuntamento al telefono, che si è dimostrata socievole, educata e disponibile.
 Bad experience. I would not rely on them for such an important purchase as a home. The real estate agent with whom we visited the property seemed unprepared, superficial, hasty and at times almost arrogant. Totally different approach than the lady I had made an appointment with on the phone, who proved to be sociable, polite and helpful.
