Abbiamo provato questo cioccolato da un'amica, la sensazione è di non aver assaggiato prima il vero cioccolato. Cercando in rete e da fonti pubbliche abbiamo censito l'azienda. Capitale estero, bulgari e americani. Un articolo su Pasticceria Internazionale, indica nuove figure lontane da questo settore, ma i soci hanno deciso di investire ingenti somme nelle piantagioni di cacao e nella lavorazione biologica e proveniente principalmente dal Nicaragua. Allora ci siamo chiesti chi creasse questo cioccolato, morbido e allo stesso tempo deciso. Delicato, strutturato. Da qui la scoperta, una piacevole sorpresa. In laboratorio un'eccellenza italiana, la regia è affidata al maestro cioccolatiere Maionchi, ben noto alla critica gourmand. Il perchè Maionchi lasci un marchio storico per seguire un nuovo progetto ci ha lasciato di stucco ma anche altrettanto interessati. Seguendo l'evoluzione ci siamo ritrovati di fronte ad un bivio, attendere o segnalare. A metà ottobre viene presentata l'azienda in una veste nuova, Toscana. (fonte Istangram). Un video emozionale. Attendiamo con trepidazione la diffusione di questi prodotti firmati da un grande artista come cita Letizia Cucciarelli. Tuscani eccellenza di cacao, perchè in se c'è una vera eccellenza il suo mastro cioccolatiere.
