★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wurden von einem englisch sprechenden Arzt betreut, der sich viel Zeit und Mühe mit uns gemacht hat. Vor allem wurde erst der Patient betreut und dann erst abgerechnet-sehr menschlich!

We were looked after by an English speaking doctor who put a lot of time and effort with us. Above all, the patient was first looked after and only then billed - very human!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ weder Deutsch- noch Englischkentnisse... katastrophale Organisation im Wartezimmer mit Nümmerchen ziehen wie beim Metzger, aber ohne Anzeige, wer denn nun gerade behandelt wird. Nach 2.5 Stunden Wartezeit, mit viel Glück zum Arzt durchgekommen, für 2 min. Behandlung (diese war eigentlich ganz okay, mit google translator in der Hosentasche ging's einigermaßen).
neither German nor English skills ... catastrophic organization in the waiting room with numbers like pulling a butcher, but without indication who is being treated. After 2.5 hours of waiting, with luck, got through to the doctor, for 2 min. Treatment (this was actually quite okay, with google translator in my pocket it was okay).
