★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel luglio 2020, dopo una visita ginecologica di routine con la quale mi è stato diagnosticato un tumore alle ovaie, ho deciso di recarmi a Roma dal Prof. Giovanni Scambia, anche su consiglio di un'amica che ci era appena stata, medico chirurgo di altissima professionalità e umanità con il quale ho deciso di intraprendere il mio percorso di cura.
Nonostante il percorso sia stato piuttosto difficile e impegnativo, il fatto di essere stata seguita dal prof. Giovanni Scambia e dal suo stupendo staff di medici e infermieri, mi ha dato la forza e la carica di superare tutte le difficoltà durante le cure e gli interventi a cui mi sono dovuta sottoporre.
Per questo sono immensamente grata al prof.e al suo staff per il gran bel lavoro che hanno fatto con me!! Tutt'ora sono seguita al Policlinico Gemelli di Roma che non finirò mai di ringraziare!!! Un grazie alla dottoressa Barbara Costantini e allo staff della Sala Operatoria del Policlinico di Roma Gemelli che con professionalità, umanità, pazienza e disponibilità, mi hanno permesso di ritornare nella mia città e nella mia famiglia che mi ha sempre supportato con affetto e pazienza....mio marito, mio figlio, mia sorella e mia madre.

 In July 2020, after a routine gynecological examination with which I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, I decided to go to Prof. Giovanni Scambia in Rome, also on the advice of a friend who had just been there, surgeon of very high professionalism and humanity with which I decided to undertake my path of treatment.
Although the path was rather difficult and demanding, the fact of having been followed by prof. Giovanni Scambia and his wonderful staff of doctors and nurses gave me the strength and the charge to overcome all the difficulties during the treatments and interventions to which I had to undergo.
For this I am immensely grateful to the teacher and his staff for the great job they have done with me !! Even now I have followed the Gemelli Polyclinic in Rome that I will never stop thanking !!! Thanks to Dr. Barbara Costantini and to the staff of the Operating Room of the Policlinico di Roma Gemelli who, with professionalism, humanity, patience and availability, allowed me to return to my city and to my family who have always supported me with affection and patience. ..my husband, my son, my sister and my mother.
