(Partiti da fuorigrotta con 2 bimbi piccoli)...10+? Vediamo il da farsi...mi hanno detto di tenere accesa sempre la cappa aspirante ....???!!! E alle altre porte scollate cosa che non hanno la cappa aspirante cosa devo accendere un ventilatore ??? la cucina ha pochi mesi di vita. The doors of the Lube kitchen come unstuck. It was changed once but the problem came back and so far not solved yet. Let's see what to do ... they told me to always keep the extractor hood on .... ??? !!! And what other doors do not have the extractor hood, what should I turn on a fan ??? the kitchen is only a few months old.

Gli addetti al montaggio scortesi e incompetenti. Hanno montato male il divano ad angolo e l'armadio della camera da letto. Un'anta di quest'ultimo è risultata difettosa e quando ho chiamato per la sostituzione mi hanno detto di mandare una mail con le foto... Sto ancora aspettando una risposta da novembre 2021. Non acquisterò più da loro... Vendono fumo

Il personale è gentile, ma quando devi acquistare ti fanno vedere il paradiso, acconsentendo anche alle richieste e alle tempistiche, ma quando arriva il momento pattuito, chiami per organizzare ma fanno dietro front dicendo che quanto detto prima non sia possibile. Ho dovuto sollecitare tantissimo. Gli operai, vennero a prendere le misure per attacco acqua e gas per la cucina e al momento del'avallo il disegno e le misure erano completamente sbagliati. Quando lo abbiamo fatto notare, abbiamo "stizzito" il personale perché li abbiamo scomodati a rifare le misure daccapo. Non parlo del momento del saldo, meglio di no. Al giorno del montaggio, gli operai hanno stoppato le operazioni dicendo che non potevamo montare a causa di tubi che sporgevano (di poco) e dopo una ramanzina e minaccia di chiamare il negozio, provvedono al montaggio (quasi come mi stessero facendo un favore).I mobili sono di buona manifattura, ma quest'esperienza mi segna a non dover più andare da Tufano arredamenti. Honestly, I really believed in Tufano arredamenti. They had told me well. The staff is nice, but when you have to buy they show you heaven, also agreeing to requests and timing, but when the agreed time comes, you call to organize but they turn around saying that what has been said before is not possible. I had to push a lot. The workers came to take the measures for the water and gas connection for the kitchen and at the time of the approval the design and the measures were completely wrong. When we pointed this out, we "pissed off" the staff because we bothered them to redo the measurements all over again. I'm not talking about the moment of the balance, better not. On the day of assembly, the workers stopped the operations by saying that we could not assemble due to pipes protruding (slightly) and after a lecture and threatening to call the shop, they proceed with the assembly (almost as if they were doing me a favor). The furniture is of good manufacture, but this experience marks me no longer having to go to Tufano arredamenti.

La persona che ci ha seguito aveva fretta di concludere. Mai piu'. Così facendo i clienti li perdete soltanto. Una azienda seria punta oltre alla qualità(ammesso che vi sia) anche e soprattutto a sapersi conservare il cliente, sul cosidetto passaparola dell'acquisto ben fatto. Sii mi avrete anche rubato 300 euro ma avete perso oltre me come cliente tanti altri potenziali clienti a cui avrei potuto farvi pubblicita'. Oltre a dover fare i conti con la Vs. Coscienza..ammesso che ne abbiate una. Seri commercianti si nasce, non si diventa. Non DIMENTICATELO mai!!!
