M	Marcello Bonini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scoperto tuconfin mentre cercavo notizie sul web per un mutuo truffaldino che ho sottoscritto anni fa; ho trovato persone esperte, perchè colpite a loro volta dal suddetto mutuo ed esperte, con tantissima voglia di aiutare le persone che come loro si sono ritrovate in quel caos. Grazie al supporto di tuconfin ho potuto intraprendere le vie legali contro la banca con un grosso gruppo di altri mutuatari, cosa che singolarmente non sarei riuscito a fare. Cosa dire se non GRAZIE infinite per il supporto completo che ci viene offerto! Da anni lottiamo legalmente contro una banca che ci ha venduto un mutuo prima casa contenente clausole vessatorie e loro sono sempre state in prima linea. Sono certo faranno valere i nostri diritti in tribunale, anche se rimarranno indelebili sofferenza morale e materiale patiti per il semplice legittimo scopo di possedere una casa propria, pagandola senza essere ingannati. I am really proud to be part of this association, Franca and Sheila induce confidence, determination, take charge of all our problems. Vagavo nel web alla ricerca di qualche informazione che mi potesse aiutare. Per fortuna ho trovato Franca e Sheila che da subito hanno saputo darmi tante informazioni e soprattutto farmi capire che non ero il solo anzi eravamo tantissimi. Poi hanno creato Tuconfin ed ora stiamo combattendo contro un gigante con loro alla guida. Grazie mille a loro, grazie mille a Tuconfin. I have been a member since the beginning and continue to be one with pleasure. When I found out what trouble I had gotten into with this mortgage, I felt lost and alone. Franca e Sheila, prima sui social e poi con l’associazione TuConFin, mi hanno dato da subito un grande supporto morale: solo grazie a loro infatti ho capito che non ero sola e che c’era la speranza di uscirne; con il loro supporto tecnico mi hanno poi guidato passo-passo in tutte le pratiche di esposti, richieste, mail varie, oltre alle procedure burocratiche utili ad intentare una causa contro coloro che stanno rovinando molte vite - causa che io da sola mai avrei osato iniziare!! Grazie a TuConFin ora sono certa che uscirò da questo incubo, insieme a tutti i miei compagni di sventura! I signed a trap mortgage with Barclays in 2008.
