D	Daniela Ugliola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impreparati a gestire la clientela e poco professionali. Ho acquistato una rivista mensile e mi hanno venduto una vecchia di 4 mesi. L'indomani sono tornata presso la tabaccheria ( ex leone) facendo notare che mi avevano venduto la rivista di settembre 2020 anziché gennaio 2021. La titolare mi ha detto che era stato l'unico numero prodotto,cosa impossibile e che poteva tranquillamente verificare, tra l'altro mi ha chiesto come si facesse a vedere la periodicità (ed è lei vende i giornali). Infine con la sua saccente ignoranza mi ha negato lo scambio con altro o il rimborso. Anche per gestire una tabaccheria è necessario avere competenze e buon senso. Dopo la birra fresca per il pasto, sul dolce, un limoncello . Per la compagnia vino rosso e Amaro del Capo. Infine sigarette e caffè. Il servizio sempre cordiale, dietro il bancone. Tutto perfetto unica cosa mi hanno messo tutto nella busta senza cucinare nulla.. vabbè sono ragazzi e poi era pure di domenica ..
