* strada x arrivarci necessità di qualche manutenzione (sterrata) -- manca la tv e la lavatrice -- segnale televisivo e di rete assenti -- piscina da ripulire prima che arrivi il cliente --

TO IMPROVE:
* road to get there needs some maintenance (dirt road) - TV and washing machine are missing - TV and network signals absent - swimming pool to be cleaned before the customer arrives -
