b	benedetto manasseri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Va bene tutto..il trullo..la natura..la piscina ( bellissima).. i cani che girano ovunque..il fatto che la struttura sia sperduta ecc.. ma davvero anche no!! È un posto pessimo.. non ha nessun comfort, stanze sporche ed arrugginite..non esiste il climatizzatore nelle stanze.. gli infissi sono vecchissimi ed il wifi non funziona se non nell'unità centrale !!! Va detto che purtroppo mi sono ritrovato in questa struttura a causa di una cancellazione di una struttura vicina ( causa loro per chiusura di presunti lavori di ristrutturazione) la Sole In Me Resort ad Ostuni..e che mi sono fidato del consiglio da loro datomi.. ed ho anche fatto bonifico anticipato!! Detto ciò sono scappato..improponibile...mi assumo la colpa di quanto accaduto e non do nessuna responsabilità alla signora che non c'entra nulla..ma almeno un accenno ad un rimborso di meta quota ( ovvero 3 notti ) senza aver usufruito di nulla se non della stanza per 15 minuti... mi spiace per l'accaduto, ma davvero anche no ! Everything is fine .. the trullo .. the nature .. the swimming pool (beautiful) .. the dogs that run everywhere .. the fact that the structure is lost etc .. but really not !! It is a bad place .. it has no comfort, dirty and rusty rooms .. there is no air conditioning in the rooms .. the windows are very old and the wifi does not work except in the central unit !!! It must be said that unfortunately I found myself in this structure due to a cancellation of a nearby structure (due to the closure of alleged renovations) the Sole In Me Resort in Ostuni .. and that I trusted the advice given to me. . and I also made an advance bank transfer !! Having said that, I ran away .. unthinkable ... I take the blame for what happened and I do not give any responsibility to the lady who has nothing to do with it .. but at least a hint of a refund of half share (or 3 nights) without having used nothing but the room for 15 minutes ... I'm sorry for what happened, but really not!

Non si può permettere a 6 ragazzini di fare caos in piscina con grida, tuffi e quant'altro a discapito di chi ha pagato per un po'di tranquillità. Divertimento si, ma nel rispetto di tutti. Cmq la consiglio e ci ritornerei Excellent structure and very kind staff. The pool should just be more controlled. 6 kids cannot be allowed to wreak havoc in the pool with screams, dives and so on to the detriment of those who have paid for a bit of peace of mind. Fun yes, but with respect for everyone. Anyway I recommend it and I would go back

Un posto genuino, in pieno contatto con la natura e gli animali (compreso Paco… lo splendido pappagallo ?) Rilassante. Piscina ben inserita nel contesto con ulivi al perimetro. - l’accoglienza dei proprietari … noi ci siamo sentiti un po’ come a casa - le ottime scelte dello stile shabby chic dell’interior - i trulli e le lamie … beh il ns. trullo era bellissimo. Non posso che continuare ad ammirarlo. - la colazione … completissima e genuina Da migliorare - Climatizzatori nelle camere … servono ormai - Pulizia dello specchio d’acqua dagli insetti che inevitabilmente e costantemente ci finiscono dentro - la porta finestra d’entrata del trullo da cambiare Conclusioni - noi ci ritorneremo di sicuro se dovessimo ripassare in zona e comunque sicuramente lo consiglio a tutti. Bravi. What I liked - the place and the structure… magical. It was absolutely what I was looking for in Val d'Itria. A genuine place, in full contact with nature and animals (including Paco ... the splendid parrot ?) Relaxing. Swimming pool well inserted in the context with olive trees on the perimeter. - the welcome of the owners ... we felt a little like home - the excellent choices of the shabby chic style of the interior - the trulli and the lamie ... well our. trullo was beautiful. I can only continue to admire it. - the breakfast ... very complete and genuine To improve - Air conditioning in the rooms ... they are needed now - Cleaning the water mirror from insects that inevitably and constantly end up in it - the French door at the entrance of the trullo to be changed Conclusions - we will return for sure if we come back to the area and in any case I definitely recommend it to everyone. I trulli sono a dir poco meravigliosi e caratteristici, puliti e arredati in stile, dotati di ventilatori e condizionatori portatili. La colazione e la cucina davvero ottime e varie con possibilità di scelta tra dolce e salato. Le proprietarie sono persone squisite e super accoglienti. Zona piscina molto curata e pulita con teli in dotazione. Ci torneremo sicuramente. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy a few days of relaxation. The trulli are nothing short of wonderful and characteristic, clean and furnished in style, equipped with portable fans and air conditioners. The breakfast and the cuisine are really excellent and varied with a choice between sweet and savory. The owners are exquisite and super welcoming people. Well-kept and clean pool area with towels provided. We will definitely be back.

Great place, nice, clean, very welcoming, excellent breakfast and friendly welcome, seen in winter it is already beautiful, in spring / summer even more, I will definitely be back!

Per avere acqua calda bisogna tenere il rubinetto aperto per 15 minuti e la quantità di acqua che fuoriesce dal rubinetto è pari ad uno spaghetto. Problema enorme farsi la doccia. Per non parlare del bidet. Nonostante mi fossi lamentato con la direzione il problema non è cambiato. Per terra nella stanza una quantità di millepiedi infinita e sporcizia. Ho persino trovato lenti a contatto dì qualcuno che ha soggiornato prima di me. 120€ al giorno sono un’ingiustizia Courtesy and breakfast ok but I was very, very disappointed with regard to the rooms and the bathroom. To have hot water you have to keep the tap open for 15 minutes and the amount of water that comes out of the tap is equal to a spaghetti. Huge problem taking a shower. Not to mention the bidet. Although I complained to management the problem hasn't changed. On the floor in the room an infinite amount of centipedes and dirt. I even found contact lenses from someone who stayed before me. € 120 per day is an injustice

This is a great family environment and we felt very at home. The facilities are great and the pool is stunning. I Would highly recommend this place and I would definitely come back!
