★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordine di pellet fatto più di un mese fa a un prezzo, ieri DOPO lo scarico mi presenta prezzo maggiorato. Gli ho fatto ricaricare tutto e oggi sono andato a chiedere spiegazioni:
"Ci eravamo stretti la mano? Non mi ricordo, si vede che mi sto facendo vecchio, adesso è meglio se te ne vai".
Ah, il camion durante lo scarico ha spaccato un pozzetto della corrente, poi si è rotto il braccio idraulico e ha sversato una bella secchiata di olio sul mattonato del piazzale, appena fatto.
Sono stato IO un'ora con l'autista a prestargli le chiavi inglesi per ripararlo.
Ero un cliente da due anni, e il titolare non è stato neanche in grado di dire un semplicissimo "Scusa".
Veramente una pena.
