Se poi a tutto ciò aggiungiamo la professionalità, la gentilezza del personale e del proprietario, Trotta diventa una garanzia. Ps: ottimo il packaging dei panini, forse l'unico che a Rossano sia seriamente attrezzato per un servizio di asporto. Probably the best club in Rossano. Sempre attenti alla qualità e ad una proposta sempre innovativa e perfino eco friendly e quando toglieranno le bottigliette dell'acqua possono vantarsi di essere plastic free. Il personale sa farti sentire a casa, preparatissimo. Assolutamente consigliatissimo. A name that has made the history of Neapolitan pizza in the area, with always passion and dedication. Abbiamo scelto pietanze presenti a menù elencate dalla cameriera e quindi presumibilmente rapide da servire, anche perché di molte tre avevano esaurito gli ingredienti Abbiamo chiesto anche di avere acqua e pane subito dopo aver ordinato un primo e ce l'hanno portata rispettivamente calda dopo 30 minuti e incandescente appena sfornato dopo che avevamo finito il primo. Alla cameriera avevamo chiesto anche per un secondo da ordinare dopo il primo ma ha preferito guardare lo smartphone dietro il bancone piuttosto che darci un'occhiata sotto la tettoia incandescente all'esterno, per cui abbiamo deciso di alzarci noi e andare a pagare all'interno. L'unica stella la merita la qualità della pietanza ordinata, ma servita dopo 40 minuti non giustifica assolutamente il comportamento del personale, premesso che avevamo chiesto di poter pranzare velocemente. Si mangia molto bene: pizze ottime, panini ben farciti e molto buoni, si vede che vengono usati prodotti di qualità. Consigliatissimo! Very welcoming and tidy place. Presto saranno al top per adesso è solo 4 e 1/2.
