No 'kitsch, rather nicely elegant, polished, yet sober ans truly welcoming and relaxing. The staff are all kind, easy-going and welcoming too, without that overly-excessive intrusiveness or loudness which, personally puts me off.
They offer a vast array of services which I have yet to try at theirs (hair, nails, permanent makeup, skin treatments, wax, and so on), amongst which also eyebrow threading with the aesthetician Nona, specialised in various facial care practices as well as threading. She is absolutely delightful, infusing calmness and tranquility. She was attentive to requests, questions and extremely receptive and professional.
Set on a convenient main road, in a nicely lively area of Milan too, making it also easy to combine appointments with an aperitif or simply, a wonderful walk.
