Sono andata in negozio un mese fa e ho chiesto un consiglio per il mio acquario ma essendo io titubante sul prodotto consigliato mi hanno tranquillizzata dicendomi che se non era adatto avremmo trovato un'altra soluzione. Oggi dopo un mese dall'acquisto sono tornata in negozio e ho spiegato che ho fatto diversi tentativi per essere sicura ma non è adatto al mio acquario ed ero convinta che mi avrebbero sostituito il prodotto con un'altro ma sono stata mandata via dicendomi che sarei dovuta tornare entro una settimana (che comunque non basta per capire se va bene...) ora sono convinta che neanche in quel caso lo avrebbero sostituito visto che mi è stato detto "SE LO RIVENDIAMO SI VEDE CHE È STATO USATO E NON LO POSSIAMO FARE". Alla fine sotto il vostro consiglio mi sono fidata e ci sono rimasta fregata perché ora mi trovo con questa pompa esterna che non mi serve a nulla ci ho buttato €80 e con la tartaruga in una vasca provvisoria. Ovviamente potevo comprare un'altra pompa dei nuovi arrivi e se non era quella giusta ne avrei comprata un'altra e un'altra ancora.... Meglio altrove. Not at all serious and professional! I went to the shop a month ago and asked for advice for my aquarium but being hesitant about the recommended product, they reassured me by telling me that if it wasn't suitable we would find another solution. Today after a month from the purchase I went back to the shop and I explained that I have made several attempts to be sure but it is not suitable for my aquarium and I was convinced that they would replace the product with another but I was sent away telling me that I would be I had to return within a week (which is not enough to understand if it is okay ...) now I am convinced that even in that case they would have replaced it since I was told "IF WE RESELL IT YOU SEE IT HAS BEEN USED AND WE CANNOT DO". In the end, under your advice I trusted and I was screwed because now I find myself with this external pump that does not help me I threw € 80 and with the turtle in a temporary tank. Of course I could buy another pump from the new arrivals and if it wasn't the right one I would have bought another one and another one .... Better elsewhere.
