Un lugar muy lindo, muy limpio y con una vista hermosa. Flavio el chico que lo atiende muy amable, hasta nos llevo a la estación de tren el día que nos teníamos que ir. Muy recomendable ✨

Esperienza ottima. Appartamento ben curato e situato in una posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro ma allo stesso tempo al riparo da schiamazzi. Poi che dire? Flavio super gentile e disponibile per ogni evenienza (non per niente è la mia terza volta che ci ritorno).

I can undoubtedly say that you will never find a SUPERHOST anywhere in the world like Flavio! I’ve traveled many places and stayed from hostels to fancy hotels and Flavio’s hospitality, communication, attention to detail and genuine commitment will truly make your stay memorable! Whether it’s 2 days or 2 months, you will wish every place had a host like this! Even prior to my arrival, Flavio’s communication and hospitality was excellent! He checks in with you prior to make sure everything is ready for your arrival, offers to pick up guests and has a detailed guide for dining, bars, local attractions and other services (ie. Pharmacy, postal, phone/electronics), all extremely useful! Unfortunately, I suffered a serious ankle injury the day of my arrival but Flavio immediately sprung into action and was more than happy to help me with anything. LITERALLY, a LIFESAVER!!! I was immobilized and had to extend my stay to recover so Flavio made sure to help me with anything I needed so I could still enjoy my vacation even with an injury!! He provides care and service on par with the best concierges but his sincerity to assist his guests with anything is truly spectacular and I’m so grateful and fortunate to have Flavio as a host in what could have easily been a major debacle to the rest of my trip and travels. Beyond the exceptional service and hospitality, the location is awesome! Around the corner from a view of the sea, 5min walk to the beach and 10-15min to the center or most local attractions and restaurants. The room is well-equipped, clean and tidy. There are multiple lighting options inside the room that are accessible by the beds too so you don’t need to get up to turn off the lights! There is also a front door light and doorbell for the room and a motion detection light if you come home later in the evening. Great fan/AC unit with several settings for your preference, TV with WiFi-enabled apps, small desk, fridge, and nice, long hot showers (something I’ve struggled with in Italy at some of my accommodations)! The bed and pillows are comfortable, towels are clean and big and linens are fresh with no musty scents! There’s also a nice lounger to sit out front and 2 ways to open the windows for fresh air as well as a drying rack for suits or any other items to hang dry. You will definitely not be disappointed staying here! Service will be above and beyond and you should have everything you need! I feel honored and privileged to have met such an amazing host and person such as Flavio especially during such extenuating circumstances and hope I may have the pleasure to repay his generosity and kindness one day! Flavio will ensure your stay is comfortable and you will not leave Tropea without this stay being part of the awesome experience!

The room is beautiful and finished in high standard. Hotel is located few minutes from the beach and city center. The true star is the owner who is very kind and was waiting for us when we had delay in arrival. You can see that it's important for him that his guests will experience all the best that Tropea can offer. He created a "manual" with informations about local cuisine (great restaurants marked on the map), attractions and local specialties shops. I highly recommend this place!
