 Always well stocked shop. I congratulate the staff especially the new guy who was included in the phone who followed me in the purchase congratulations, very kind guy, nice willing and always very friendly, I can't say the same thing for the other 2 colleagues. ??

Ho comprato, ovviamente non tutto insieme, lavatrice, fornello, lavastoviglie, scopa elettrica e infine due mesi fa l'aspirapolvere Miele da 300 euro. Per i primi dell'elenco non avevo bisogno di assistenza, ma per l'aspirapolvere, invece si. Detto breve l'addetto dell'assistenza, che poi si è rivelato anche uno dei titolari, mi ha trattato malissimo, nessun briciolo di rispetto... ecc. La conclusione, sono bravi solo a vendere. Non compravo mai niente da internet, ora comincio a farlo.
Very bad experience! I have been the customer of this shop for many years. I bought, obviously not all together, washing machine, stove, dishwasher, electric broom and finally two months ago the Miele vacuum cleaner for 300 euros. For the first ones on the list I didn't need assistance, but for the vacuum cleaner, on the other hand. In short, the assistance employee, who later turned out to be one of the owners, treated me very badly, no shred of respect ... etc. Bottom line, they are only good at selling. I never bought anything from the internet, now I'm starting to do it.
