★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata a chiedere informazioni, ho trovato un gentilissimo e preparato, sono ritornata al pomeriggio e ho acquistato la lavatrice che mi era stata proposta al mattino, anche se quando un ragazzo ti ho incontrato è stato gentile e disponibile, la gentilezza del personale ha fatto la differenza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre avuto piccole sviste con Trony a cui non ho mai dato molto peso, mancata disponibilità di prodotti che risultavano disponibili al telefono con commessi ecc. Ma ora hanno raggiunto il fondo. Scopro oggi casualmente che un dispositivo ordinato a luglio 2020 (siamo a metà settembre ora) non è stato veramente ordinato a causa di un errore del commesso e ora tale dispositivo non è più disponibile per la prenotazione. Non è sicuramente una qualità condivisa da tutti i dipendenti ma io ho avuto il dispiacere di trovare solo incompetenti.
Sconsigliato.
I have always had small oversights with Trony which I have never given much weight to, lack of availability of products that were available on the phone with salespeople, etc. But now they have reached the bottom. I accidentally discover today that a device ordered in July 2020 (we are in mid-September now) was not really ordered due to a clerk error and now that device is no longer available for pre-order. It is certainly not a quality shared by all employees but I have had the regret of finding only incompetent.
Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio, dall'apertura ad oggi, è cresciuto parecchio sia come offerta che come servizio fornito dal personale. Si potrebbe migliorare l'esposizione, l'offerta su alcuni prodotti (trovo la gamma XD di livello medio-basso) e i tempi di attesa ma comunque continuo ad avere esperienze positive.
The shop, from opening to today, has grown a lot both as an offer and as a service provided by the staff. The exposure could be improved, the offer on some products (I find the XD range of medium-low level) and the waiting times but still I continue to have positive experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son tornato in negozio 2 volte e nessuno sa spiegarmi per quale motivo la mia webcam ha problemi col microfono, ovvero il microfono integrato risulta bassissimo nonostante i driver siano tutti installati correttamente. E nonostante il volume sia impostato sul massimo.
