Tralasciando il contesto in cui si trovano che vabbè,ma il mio dottore fa orari più flessibili ed è tutto dire.
Lunedì mattina chiusi,domenica chiusi,adesso pure il sabato chiusi e quando aprono lo fanno per 3/4 ore.
Tra l’altro i prezzi sono molto più alti rispetto ai concorrenti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potremmo essere contenti di avere l’unico negozio che vende elettrodomestici e non in Casalmaggiore in realtà bisogna avere il terrore da quando entri a quando esci di affidarti a qualcuno del personale per affrontare un’acquisto con un loro “consiglio” sperando che ne sappiano qualcosa e non ti vendano una cosa per un’altra , per non parlare di alcuni ragazzi, in particolare uno , in zona cellulari vicino ai banconi Vodafone o comunque promozionali a fare nulla che guarda pur non sapendo nulla ride alle spalle dei clienti che sono lì per acquistare o semplicemente per visionare prodotti e avere un consiglio. Senza parole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ampi spazi e tanta merce. Come tutti i negozi di questo tipo ha di tutto un po' il reparto informatica è ristretto e non tutti i modelli sono di ultima generazione. Il personale che ci ha servito è molto preparato e disponibile. I prezzi sono più bassi della concorrenza.
Large spaces and lots of goods. Like all stores of this type, it has a little bit of everything, the IT department is small and not all models are of the latest generation. The staff who served us are very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are lower than the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato lunedì 3 maggio presso il Trony di casalmaggiore per acquistare un aspirapolvere,chiedo informazioni al primo commesso che trovo è lui molto stizzito perché lo avevo disturbato nel fare nulla mi dice di andare dagli altri 3 vado da loro spiegando che mi serviranno indicazioni riguardo all'acquisto del aspirapolvere e magari che lo prendessero dal magazzino,mi hanno ignorato totalmente per 20 minuti.Visto il tutto me ne sono andato molto arrabbiato per il modo in cui mi hanno trattato,sono andato al Mediaword a Cremona e in 10 minuti no effettuato l'acquisto con il commesso molto gentile disponibile a darmi tutte le indicazioni tecniche possibile che al Trony non ci sia qualcuno che controlli cosa fanno i commesipossibile che Trony non prenda provvedimenti a riguardo,comunque non metterò mai più piede al Trony di casalmaggiore.e speriamo che lo chiuda al più presto

I went on Monday 3 May at the Trony in casalmaggiore to buy a vacuum cleaner, I ask for information from the first salesman I find he is very angry because I had disturbed him in doing nothing he tells me to go to the other 3 I go to them explaining that I will need information about it when I bought the vacuum cleaner and maybe they took it from the warehouse, they totally ignored me for 20 minutes. Non ho ancora avuto occasione per esperimentare altri servizi ma dopo esperienza via Oggi pomeriggio ci torno molto volentieri

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pietà! Perché è l'unico negozio di elettronica in Casalmaggiore e l'unica ragione per cui e ancora aperto. Invito un altra catena di elettrodomestici ad aprire un altro negozio in questa zona, garantisco che non avranno concorrenti.E un mese da quando aspettiamo la consegna di un frigorifero...e se vogliamo i soldi indietro hanno trovato un modo"legale" per fregarti un po' di soldi. Quindi... ATTENTI!
A pity! Because it is the only electronics store in Casalmaggiore and the only reason it is still open. I invite another appliance chain to open another store in this area, I guarantee they will have no competitors.
