Recently renovated warehouse. Friendly and helpful staff! Competitive prices even if the choice is a bit limited! I have been able to shop several times here and have always enjoyed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo personale e vasta scelta di prodotti ma per quanto riguarda l'assistenza della merce in garanzia ,in questo caso un telefonino, pessima esperienza poca serietà e servizio non affidabile dopo 2 mesi ancora mi é stato detto di attendere entro il 3 mese per valutare che tipo di soluzione adattare...non credo acquisterò più nessun elettrodomestico in questo punto vendita dopo aver acquistato 2 cellulari nello stesso giorno mi ritrovo a distanza di 1 anno con tutti e 2 i telefonini con problemi dove ancora oggi non riesco a salvarne 1
Excellent staff and wide choice of products but as regards the assistance of the goods under warranty, in this case a mobile phone, very bad experience, little seriousness and unreliable service after 2 months I was still told to wait within 3 months to evaluate that type of solution adapt ... I don't think I will buy any household appliances in this store anymore after buying 2 mobile phones on the same day I find myself 1 year later with all 2 mobile phones with problems where I still can't save 1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A distanza di due anni dall'insorgere della pandemia é vergognoso notare una dipendente Trony con la tosse senza dispositivo facciale all'interno di un esercizio pubblico. Il plexiglas presente nella struttura non impedisce il diffondersi del contagio. Una stella perché non si può mettere di meno.
Two years after the onset of the pandemic, it is shameful to notice a Trony employee with a cough without a facial device in a public establishment. The Plexiglas present in the structure does not prevent the spread of the infection. A star because you can't wear less.
