Mauro il venditore molto gentile e preparato. Anche un plauso all'ufficio amministrativo nella figura di Jada. Ora aspetto la consegna e l'installazione dei prodotti. Ma sono sicura che le mie aspettative non verranno deluse
First time for me at the Trony di Asola. I bought a Pellet stove and three air conditioners at this shop. For now I can only express judgment for the sales phase. Mauro the very kind and prepared seller. Also an applause to the administrative office in the figure of Jada. Now I wait for the delivery and installation of the products. But I'm sure my expectations will not be disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio fornito di tutto, ma per il reparto informatico, il personale è del tutto impreparato, ameno che non si tratti di esigenze come “vorrei una tv generica o un pc generico”. Se la richiesta diventa leggermente più specifica il personale diventa più confuso di delle indicazioni attuali sul green pass.
In particolare, il tecnico è, oltre che incompetente, presuntuoso e arrogante.
Sconsigliatissimo.
Shop equipped with everything, but for the IT department, the staff is completely unprepared, unless it is a question of needs such as "I would like a generic TV or a generic PC". If the request becomes slightly more specific the staff becomes more confused than the current green pass directions.
In particular, the technician is, in addition to being incompetent, presumptuous and arrogant.
Not recommended.
