They recently delivered the ordered products to me. "La Vignella" oil is very good but the Italian Troilo is "SUBLIME" to say the least. COMPLIMENTS.

Manca, forse, un po' di attenzione all'esposizione. We went to their headquarters. Well signposted from the road but not so easy to find. The products are very good and the prices are adequate. Perhaps a little attention to the exhibition is missing.

L'olio è sublime come piace a me: sapore deciso e molto saporito, ottimo sul pesce a crudo e nelle insalate. I ciliegini sono saporitissimi, ne farò una bella scorta e acquisterò anche la polpa che voglio provare. L'unico neo per mio gusto è la pasta, da migliorare sicuramente la lavorazione perché non tiene molto la cottura, anche se molto buona. La mangioal dente, quindi la tiro fuori addirittura prima dei minuti segnalati.. Ma nonostante questo si sfalda. Peccato. Ma sono sicura che si possa migliorare!!! Cmq sia super consigliato. The oil is sublime as I like it: strong and very tasty flavor, excellent on raw fish and in salads. The cherry tomatoes are very tasty, I will make a good supply of them and I will also buy the pulp that I want to try. The only drawback for my taste is the pasta, certainly to improve the processing because it does not take much cooking, even if it is very good. I eat it al dente, so I pull it out even before the indicated minutes .. But despite this it falls apart. Sin. But I'm sure it can be improved !!! Anyway it is super recommended. I will purchase again. Nice discovery.

Olio EVO italiano dal sapore delicato colore leggermente giallo ambrato denso con un piacevole retrogusto dolce di mandorle davvero ottimo e gustoso. La pasta artigianale in omaggio ancora non assaggiata ma se è come l olio deve essere davvero eccezionale. Grazie al prossimo ordine. Aiutiamo le aziende della nostra Italia del Sud e a Km 0 ?? Ho acquistato online e la merce è arrivata dopo 5 giorni dall'ordine, tempo veloce considerando il periodo festivo. L'olio è buonissimo e altrettanto la birra.
