PENSAVO DI AVER A CHE FARE CON PERSONE SERIE E NON CON PROCACCIATORI DI SOLDI.
Dopo aver fatto 5 porte interne, l'imbotto alla porta di ingresso, una porta a 2 ante a battente con inserti in vetro pregiato, ma soprattutto dopo aver incassato i soldi, non si fa vivo e non fa servizio post vendita.
La porta più importante non l'ha voluta completare: non si chiude e non c'è possibilità di apertura con pomelli.
Persone veramente poco serie.
NON-POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.
I THOUGHT I HAVE TO DO WITH SERIES PEOPLE AND NOT WITH MONEY PROCESSERS.

Lavoro eseguito in maniera pregevole e con precisione (tutte le porte sono a scrigno). Laccatura perfetta e colore scelto con dovizia di cura e con numerosi campioni (anche fatti da zero). Personale serio ed affidabile, in particolare Gerardo ci ha saputo ben consigliare e suggerire la migliore soluzione. Showroom grande, accogliente e accurato, i prezzi per la qualità offerta sono più che concorrenziali. Consigliato vivamente.

Perfect lacquering and color chosen with great care and with numerous samples (even made from scratch). Serious and reliable staff, in particular Gerardo was able to advise us well and suggest the best solution. Large, welcoming and accurate showroom, the prices for the quality offered are more than competitive. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda seria, fatta di persone perbene, disponibili e professioniste. Ho acquistato porte, infissi, zanzariere, finestre e porta d'ingresso. Ho avuto qualche problema durante il montaggio non imputabile alla responsabilità della Troiano SRL, ma subito Francesco e Antonio si sono dati da fare per risolvere il problema.
Unica piccola pecca, i tempi della tabella di marcia non sempre sono stati rispettati. In ogni caso, grazie al loro soddisfacente lavoro!
A serious company, made up of respectable, helpful and professional people. I bought doors, frames, mosquito nets, windows and front door. I had some problems during the assembly not attributable to the responsibility of Troiano SRL, but immediately Francesco and Antonio worked hard to solve the problem.
The only small flaw, the times of the roadmap were not always respected. In any case, thanks to their satisfying work!

Costi nella media, si potrebbe trovare qualcosa di piu' economico, ma la qualità si paga e soprattutto si vede.
