Appena entrate non siamo state seguite da nessuna commessa o commesso, per cui ci siamo avvicinate alla merce per conto nostro. Ho preso per ogni tipo pezzi separati, perché NESSUNO ci aveva comunicato che questi dovevano essere presi a pacchi interi. Quando ci è stato detto, per educazione sono andata a posare la merce ai rispettivi scatoli e mi sono scusata ma nonostante questo sono stata trattata con estrema arroganza e maleducazione, la cosa peggiore è che la signora del negozio si è anche permessa di cacciarmi. Alla seconda provocazione da parte della proprietaria ovviamente ho risposto a modo e la proprietaria mi ha urlato contro. Non è possibile ricevere un trattamento del genere nonostante le scuse. Il personale di questa struttura è veramente poco professionale e arrogante. Non si trattano i clienti in questo modo. Vi meritate meno di una stella. I strongly advise against this shop. As soon as we entered, we were not followed by any saleswoman or clerk, so we approached the goods on our own. I took separate pieces for each type, because NO ONE had told us that these had to be taken in whole packages. When we were told, out of politeness I went to place the goods in their respective boxes and I apologized but despite this I was treated with extreme arrogance and rudeness, the worst thing is that the lady of the shop even allowed herself to throw me out. At the second provocation by the owner, of course, I answered correctly and the owner yelled at me. It is not possible to receive such treatment despite the apology. The staff at this property are truly unprofessional and arrogant. You don't treat customers that way. You deserve less than a star.
