F	Federica Sani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ assolutamente da evitare !! Ho commissionato due coppe con l'accordo che una volta finito il torneo mi scrivesse sulla targhettina i nomi dei vincitori. Come da accordi e su appuntamento torno in negozio il 21 settembre per mettere le scritte e lo trovo chiuso. Chiamo il titolare che, nonostante l'appuntamento preso, mi dice che ha un contrattempo e mi dice che se voglio posso aspettarlo che arriverà tra circa mezz'ora, non potendo ci accordiamo per lasciare le coppe alla vicina e gli chiedo, visto che avevo fatto la strada per nulla e che abito a 20km di distanza, se me le può riportare lui oppure spedire. Mi dice ok va bene. Dopo aver atteso inutilmente per 50 giorni lo chiamo per aver notizie, per tutta risposta mi dice che fondamentalmente sono un cliente di serie B perchè ho speso solo 50€ (non è vero perchè ne ho spesi di più) e che 1) il 21 settembre non poteve venire in negozio nonostante l'appuntamento perchè aveva a casa il maniscalco che non poteva aspettare , 2) che si era perso l'indirizzo di spedizione e che comunque non l'avrebbe spedite perchè costava 3) che lui aveva fatto tutto il possibile (per cosa ? ). Vista la sua tanta disponibilità sono andata a ritirarle personalmente e alla fine le scritte che ha fatto erano pure sbagliate !!!! absolutely to avoid !! I commissioned two cups with the agreement that once the tournament was over I would write the names of the winners on the nameplate. As agreed and by appointment I go back to the shop on September 21st to put the writing and I find it closed. I call the owner who, despite the appointment made, tells me that he has a setback and tells me that if I want I can wait for him that he will arrive in about half an hour, since we can't agree to leave the cups with the neighbor and I ask him, since made the road for nothing and that I live 20km away, if he can bring them back to me or send them. He says ok okay. After waiting in vain for 50 days I call him for news, in response he tells me that basically I am a Series B customer because I spent only € 50 (not true because I spent more) and that 1) on 21 September he could not come to the shop despite the appointment because he had the farrier at home who could not wait, 2) that he had lost the shipping address and that in any case he would not have sent it because it cost 3) that he had done everything possible (for what ? ). Given his availability I went to collect them personally and in the end the writings he made were also wrong !!!!
